Kierston Holifield, PA-C

Kierston is a Georgia native who has practiced as a Physician Assistant for nearly two decades. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Augusta State University in 2003, followed by a Master’s in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2007.

Her career began in pain management — a field where precision, steady-handed work, and an unhurried bedside became the foundation for everything that followed. In 2019 she joined Southern Vanity to begin performing cosmetic procedures, apprenticing directly under Dr. Brown for over a year. In 2023 she became the first full-time physician assistant at our medical practice, working across both the cosmetic and medical sides of the practice.

Today she serves as Clinical Chief of Medical Spa Services at Southern Vanity, setting protocol and training standards alongside Dr. Brown. Her work centers on precise, conservative injection technique — the kind of result patients return to her for over years, not the kind that needs an introduction in the mirror. The bedside manner that distinguished her in pain management hasn’t gone anywhere.

She and her husband Jimmy live in Evans, GA with their four children.
